Processing Orders placed after 10:00 AM, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. Handling time: 1–2 business days from the stock date shown at purchase.

Tracking All shipments include a tracking number. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.

General Policy

Free standard shipping thresholds vary by region (see tables below).
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we issue a product refund (shipping is non-refundable).
We are not responsible for items lost in transit or shipments marked as Delivered by the carrier.
Orders ship when all items in the order are available. Pre-order or out-of-stock items may delay dispatch (see “Special Considerations”).
If your order is split and you selected an expedited service, the first parcel ships expedited; subsequent parcels may ship standard.

Special Considerations (Pre-orders, Multiple Items, Address Issues)

Orders ship when all items are available. If your order includes pre-order or back-order items, the whole order ships once everything is in stock. For time-sensitive gifts, consider placing separate orders.

Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Contact support asap after ordering.
Undeliverable packages returned to us are refunded for product only; shipping remains non-refundable.
During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays), processing and carrier times may extend.
