Shipping and Payment Information

When will my order be shipped?

After verifying your payment, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9am will not be shipped until the next business day. If you order after 9am on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped the following Monday.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, applied when the shipment arrives in your country. The general amount is about 15% of the CAD value, but this may vary depending on the destination. You must contact your local customs office for exact rates. Venklass is not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs delays. Additional customs clearance fees may apply for international orders.

How are taxes and duties calculated?

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on the destination country. DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): You are responsible for import duties, customs fees, and taxes required for customs clearance upon arrival.

What payment options do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods: • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) • PayPal • Debit Cards

We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, or layaway payments.

Order Information and Concerns

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will not be able to make any modifications.

The status of my order indicates "Not completed". What does this mean?

"Not completed" simply means that we have successfully received your order. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the status will change to "Complete".

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was cancelled unexpectedly, it may have been flagged by our fraud filter. If you are certain that this is not the case, please re-order using a verified PayPal account.

What happens if I cancel or return an order that used a reward voucher?

The amount of reward points used to redeem that voucher will be credited back to your Venklass account.

How can I check the status of my order?

If you created an account, log in and go to your ACCOUNT dashboard to view your complete order history and tracking details. If you checked out as a guest, contact our customer support team and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I make changes to my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can cancel it so you can place a new one. However, once the order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.

Can you split my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot split orders. If some products are pre-ordered or temporarily out of stock, your order will ship once all items are available. For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for available items.

My tracking number says “Delivered” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

This situation is rare but can happen. Please contact the carrier (UPS or Canada Post) directly with your tracking number. Venklass is not responsible for lost packages after shipment, but our customer service team will assist you in locating your parcel and ensuring successful delivery.
